This form is the way to reach the shop. A message goes straight into the shop's own records and nowhere else: no help desk, no mailing list, no third party reading it on the way.

Good reasons to write

• A question about a specimen, including one that is photographed and not for sale.
• A budget. Say what you want to spend and a box gets built around it.
• Several pieces at once, so postage can be settled in one go rather than charged twice.
• A return, a refund, or a package that arrived damaged. Include the order date and, for damage, photographs of the piece and of the box as it arrived.
• Anything about your own data, under the privacy page.

What happens to what you write

The message, the name and email address you enter, and the IP address it was sent from are stored in the shop's own database. The IP address is kept only so a flood of automated messages can be slowed down. Messages are deleted once they have been dealt with. The privacy page covers the rest.
